Agent Spawning

Agent spawning is a supervisor creating specialists on the fly instead of routing to pre-built ones. Faced with a capability gap, it writes a system prompt, picks tools from a library, deploys the new agent, evaluates the result, and retires or keeps it. One agent becomes a hundred in minutes. No human wrote those prompts, so the book insists automated evaluation against each prompt is the only control that scales.
